The most important part of getting TEFL qualified is finding a job when it’s all over. We help you throughout the course and beyond to develop a foundation to be successful in the TEFL job market.

There´s is a big demand for English teachers. This means there are plenty of  TEFL jobs worldwide!

Our Careers Service includes:

CV Writing & Interview Preparation

During the course we provide a 2-hour workshop specifically designed to prepare your teaching CV, application cover letter and provide you with information about finding employment and interview tips.

Unobserved Teaching Practice

Throughout the course you will be required to participate in observed teaching practice (7-hours), which will give you invaluable experience when contacting potential employers. After the course we offer you the option of some unobserved teaching as a qualified teacher so the experience can be added to your CV.

Trinity College London Accredited Certificate

Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded with an accredited level 5 teaching certificate from Trinity College London that will give you the upper hand when searching for a position worldwide.

Recommendation Letter & References

At the end of the TEFL course you will be presented with an official letter of recommendation. We  will then act as referees for your future teaching positions!

Exclusive Job Offers - Private Facebook Group

TEFL in Spain is contacted on a regular basis for job offers targeted at our graduates. We collaborate with these local language schools and help you find a job by putting you in contact with them. These offers are shared in our private Facebook group.

Teacher Development Courses

Continuing professional development is important in teaching which is why we offer teacher development courses after your TEFL course. The courses we offer are:

  • Teaching Cambridge Exam Classes
  • Teaching Young Learners
  • Teaching Business English

Continuing education is important in teaching which is why we also offer Spanish classes  or Italian classes for those who are interested in brushing up on their language skills.

How easy is it to find a job?

There is currently a massive demand for English teachers in the South of Spain. Since the economic crisis began we have seen more and more Spaniards taking English classes to improve their employment prospects. There are many opportunities for English teachers through language schools, private schools, summer camps and private classes. Our teacher training centre offer extensive employment connections all over the world, throughout Spain and especially in Andalusia. We offer a free lifelong careers service to all our graduates.

 Is it expensive to live in the South of Spain?

  • If you rent a room you can expect to pay between €350 and €450 a month.
  • If you eat at home then expect to spend about €150 a month on food.
  • The rest would depend on what your lifestyle is like.Here’s some useful information about prices:

Cinema — about €7,50

Nightclubs — about €10 entrance fee with drink included

Beer at a normal bar — €1,20

Eating at a restaurant ordering “menu del día” — €8 – €12

How easy is it to find a job?

Compared to other European countries, the level of English here is quite low, so Italians need to improve their English in order to find a good job in Italy or abroad. This means there are plenty of  TEFL jobs in Italy! Our teacher training centre offer extensive employment connections all over the world and throughout Italy. We offer a free lifelong careers service to all our graduates.

  • If you rent a room you can expect to pay between €450 and €700 a month.
  • If you eat at home then expect to spend about €200 a month on food.
  • The rest would depend on what your lifestyle is like.Here’s some useful information about prices:

Cinema — about €8

Nightclubs — about €10 entrance fee (with drink included during week)

Beer at a normal bar — €3

Eating at a restaurant ordering “set lunchtime menu” — €10 – €15
