What is the difference between Trinity CertTESOL and Cambridge CELTA?
So you are deciding on which English Teaching class to take? There are many types of TEFL certificates, such as weekend courses, online courses and face to face courses.
However, there are only two accredited key qualifications – the Trinity Cert TESOL (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and the Cambridge CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults). These courses are the only two widely recognized by reputable language schools worldwide. Both classes are the only classes from TEFL to be ranked on the UK NQF (National Qualifications Framework).
Below is a chart showing some more information about both of the classes.
